TLP Sports Club is a sports media division of Sando Media Group, operated by Harry B. Sando Jr. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit tlpsportsclub.com or use its features.

We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; review feedback; respond to questions or reports; provide requested newsletters; operate and moderate available community features; meet legal obligations; and protect fans, TLP Sports Club, and others.

4. Service providers and sharing

Services used to run the website may include website hosting and security providers, Google Forms for feedback, Kit for newsletters when enabled, and embedded media providers such as YouTube. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security concerns, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers or advertisers.

5. Browser storage and tracking

We use local browser storage for functional preferences, including remembering completion of instructional guides and, when community features are enabled, a display name on your device. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Third-party services may use necessary technologies when you interact with them.

6. Public contributions

Comments, display names, tips, and photos submitted to public community features may be visible to other fans after safety review. Do not submit private information, a child’s face, license plates, ticket barcodes, or precise personal locations. We may reject or remove submissions for safety, moderation, or editorial reasons.

7. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, website safety, or legal requirements. Subscription and account information will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a valid deletion request unless retention is legally required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
